Rectangular wood blocks are laid in offset rows like brickwork. They sit at slightly different depths, so light picks out each edge, and the grain changes direction from block to block. The panel ships in sections and joins on the wall. Finished by hand to order.

A wall of wood that steps in and out

Rectangular blocks sit in offset rows, each one at a slightly different depth, so morning light catches every raised edge and leaves a thin shadow under the next.

Grain that turns at every block

No two blocks run their grain the same way. Swirls sweep left on one, curl up on the next, so the panel reads as a patchwork of wood rather than one flat board.

The whole panel is 2" thick and 47" tall, tall enough to frame a stack of pillows with room to spare above them.

The headboard ships in sections and joins on the wall behind your bed. Fixings and instructions come in the box.

    Mark the center

    Find the middle of your bed on the wall and mark the height you want the panel to start.
  2. 02

    Hang the first section

    Level it carefully, since the offset rows make any tilt easy to spot.
  3. 03

    Join the rest

    Line up the next section so the block rows continue without a break.

About the staggered blocks

Do the blocks stick out unevenly?
Yes, on purpose. Each block sits at its own depth inside the 2-inch panel, which is what gives the 3D look.
Is the bed included?
No. This is the headboard panel only. The bed, bedding, nightstands, lamps and wall art are styling.
Will my grain match the photo?
Not exactly. It is solid natural wood finished by hand, so the swirls and knots on your blocks are your own.
