Your piece is made to order, so there are two stages to follow: making, then shipping. Here is how to check where your order is.
While your piece is being made
Making takes 7–10 business days from the day your order is confirmed. You can see your order status at any time by signing in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
Once it ships
We will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Shipping takes 3–7 business days. Tracking can take a few days to show movement in the carrier's system.
Cannot find your order or tracking number?
- Search your inbox for emails from CARVERHAUS with "Order" in the subject. Your order number and tracking link are in your order and shipping confirmation emails.
- Check your spam and promotions folders.
- Still nothing? Email support@carverhaus.com with your name and the email you ordered with, and we will look it up.
