Submitting a takedown notice
Email support@carverhaus.com with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:
- your name, address and physical or electronic signature;

- the material you believe is infringing and the URL where it appears on our site;
- evidence that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notice
If we remove content you posted and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include:
- your name, address, phone number and physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or, if you are outside the United States, an appropriate judicial body.
Repeat infringers may lose access to features that let them post content on our site.
