The platform rail rises and dips in a slow wave and flares down into thick, curved feet. The tall headboard rounds over the top in soft hills. Smooth surfaces show long, even grain from end to end. Shaped and finished by hand to order.

Soft hills, slow waves

A rounded headboard over a rolling rail

The tall headboard rounds over the top in two soft hills, and the platform rail below rises and dips in a slow wave around the mattress. Smooth surfaces let the long grain run from end to end.

Feet that flare down from the rail

Where the wave of the rail dips lowest, it thickens and curves down to the floor as a solid foot. Up close the edges are fully rounded, with no sharp corner anywhere along the frame.

Grain across the headboard hills

The headboard is cut wide enough to show long, even bands of grain sweeping across its curved top, which gives the plain shape its warmth.

About the flowing curved frame

Are the feet separate legs?
They grow out of the curved rail itself, so the frame reads as one flowing shape.
Is the headboard padded?
No. It is smooth solid wood, rounded at the top.
Will the grain match the photos?
Close in feel, but every bed is cut to order, so grain and knots differ.
