Bark Edge Floating Shelf, Solid Wood Live Edge Wall Shelf with Raw Bark Strip and Flowing Grain, Single or Set of 2 to 4

Each slab keeps a strip of raw, textured bark along its curving front edge, while the top is smooth with flowing grain. Hidden brackets carry it to the wall. The photos show three, for books, plants and bowls in a living room, sunroom or study. Shaped and finished by hand to order.

A closer look

Bark left on the front edge

Raw bark below, smooth grain on top

Each slab keeps a rough strip of bark along its curving front, while the top surface is sanded smooth so the flowing grain shows. Hung in a stack of three, the shelves catch the light like layers of a cut log.

A curving front that swells and narrows

No two fronts follow the same line. The edge bulges out in one spot and tucks back in another, so a bowl or a pot can sit on the widest part while books line up along the straight back.

About the bark-trimmed slabs

Will the bark flake off?
The bark strip is sealed with the rest of the shelf. Dust it with a soft brush rather than scrubbing it.
How does it hang?
Hidden wall brackets are included. Fix them into studs or proper wall anchors and the slab sits with no brackets showing.
Can it go in a corner?
Yes. The shelves are straight at the back, so they hang flat on either wall beside a corner, as the lowest one does in the photos.
